Q4. Can I get samples? How long is the sample lead time?
Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples for free, Sample fee is refundable when the bulk order meets our MOQ .Regular buyers: Free Sample, Normally 5-10 days for normal styles.
Q5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Always 15-20 days based on general order .
Q6. How do you guarantee the jewlry displayquality?
Before the production, we would make pre-production to confirm with customers. During the production, we have professional QC to inspect the products while manufacturing. And we also warmly welcome customer's QC to inspect the goods before shipment.
Q7. Where is your factory loaded ? How can I visit there?
Our factory loaded in YiWu,China, you can come here by air to YiWu airport, and then call us to pick up.
Q8. What's your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

Yes. For big order and regular Customers, we give favorable discounts.
Q10. Can you add our own logo on the products?
